Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Recommended for faster delivery
- Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Great for international orders where you want to save on shipping costs
Note: We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote areas). International customers may be responsible for customs fees upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your beachwear as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our swimwear or accessories, we offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Original proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Bikini Bottoms (all styles)
- Bikini Tops (all styles)
- One Piece swimsuits
Note: This does not affect your statutory rights if items are faulty or not as described.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our Return Request Template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Refund Process:
